Founded in 2025, JJS Engineering is a civil engineering firm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, specializing in land development consulting and design. Our founder, Jakub Swierczynski, a graduate of Texas Christian University and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, and Utah, brings over half a decade of hands-on experience in the DFW land development industry. His background includes a wide range of residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on grading, drainage, and utility design.
